At TM Textiles, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a fair and transparent refund and return policy in line with consumer protection laws in the Pakistan, USA, Canada, and Europe.

2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • The request is made within 14 days of delivery (Pakistan, Europe – in compliance with GDPR/Consumer Rights Directive) or within 30 days for USA & Canada orders.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is provided.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Customized or special-order fabrics
  • Samples or clearance items
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or use

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was defective or an error was made on our part.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or type, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at sales@tmtextiles.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

7. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged on arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of returned items.
